Fixed, and agreed before any work starts. Not VAT registered, so no VAT on top.
Starter
£495 one-off
or £0 up front and £59 a month
Up to 5 pages, mobile-first, contact and call buttons, Google Business Profile tidy-up.
Monthly: 12-month minimum, and the site is yours after 12 payments.
Standard
£1,200 one-off
Starter, plus online booking with reminders, social profiles set up, and a simple FAQ assistant.
Premium
£2,500 one-off
Standard, plus a custom AI assistant, a WhatsApp or Telegram bot, and automated review requests and reminders.
Looking after it afterwards: from £40 a month for hosting, updates and small changes. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Questions
Who owns the website?
You do: the domain, the words, the photos and the site files. Everything is registered in your name.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week once I have what I need from you.
What do I need to do?
A 20-minute call and a few photos from your phone. I do the rest.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to work faster, which keeps the price fair. Every site is checked and finished by me before it goes live.
What if I want changes later?
Small changes are included in the monthly plan. Anything bigger is quoted before I start, at £50 an hour.
How does the £59 a month option work?
Nothing up front, then £59 a month for 12 months, which covers the site, hosting and small changes. The client owns the site outright after 12 payments, or earlier by paying the rest of the 12 months.
